DESCRIPTION:Black Death Wins!\n221 – 206\nBellingham All-Stars Win!\n186 – 173\n  \nThe Bellingham Roller Betties start Season 15 with a pre-season Double Header on Saturday\, February 11th at 5:30 PM at Lynden Skateway (421 Judson St.\, Lynden\, WA 98264). \nWe will kick off the evening with the annual Red Riot vs. Black Death roller derby bout featuring the Bellingham Roller Betties Fresh Meat skaters. Skaters in this bout completed Booty Camp last fall and have been training hard to prepare for their first public game. The rosters will be completed with some of the BRBs veteran skaters and coached by seasoned veterans who’ve been training the new skaters since booty camp. \nImmediately following\, the Bellingham Roller Betties All-Stars will battle it out against NWO Roller Derby out of Chilliwack\, BC. The BRB All Star team is made up of the most experienced skaters in the league. Skaters try out for a spot on the all star roster several times a year and represent the Bellingham Roller Betties in national and international games and tournaments throughout the year. \nThe Bellingham Roller Betties have a Merchandise Booth and Beer & Wine Garden along with the Lynden Skateways regular concessions. There are both 21+ and Family Seating options in the stands. \nDoors open at 4:45 PM and the first bout starts at 5:30 PM.\nTickets for this event: \nADVANCED: $13 for adults\, $8 for kids ages 13-17 and free for kids 12 and under\nAT THE DOOR: $15 for adults\, $10 for kids ages 13-17 and free for kids 12 and under.

DESCRIPTION:The Bellingham Roller Betties invite you to our annual Black & White Scrimmage! Come get some practice on the track with skaters from all over the region. All levels are welcome! Please see the schedule below for more information\n\n\n\nDoors and registration opens at 4:45 PM. All skaters over the age of 18 with WFTDA insurance\, are welcome to participate. Non-skaters are welcome to come watch. Skaters must sign a waiver to participate.\n\n\n\n\n$10 drop in fee\n$5 suggested donation to watch\n\n\n\n\nTHREE SCRIMMAGES – First whistle at 5:15\nC Level (WFTDA gender policy) – 40 minutes\nB Level (WFTDA gender policy) – 40 minutes\nA Level (open gender) – 40-60 minutes based on remaining available time\n\n\n\n\nSkaters are able to sign up for a maximum of 2 scrimmage levels\, designating their preference. Generally we are able to accommodate everyone in 2 scrimmages. Registering early will allow us to designate teams for efficiently on scrimmage day.\n\n\n\n\nPlease ring BOTH black and white jerseys with numbers.\n\n\n\n\nIf you are interested in being a skating or non-skating official during the scrimmage\, please contact the Bellingham Roller Betties Derby Enforcement Agency.\n\n\n\n\nLynden Skateway will have concessions open.
